Ross Myers proudly announced the promotion of Brock Myers to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Brock is responsible for all construction and materials operations across the company. The appointment was a recognition of Brock’s commitment and leadership within the organization and supports the company’s continued growth.

Brock has a long track record of success individually and in working with multiple teams. He joined �������� in 2002 as a project manager after working for several years as an engineer at a firm in New England. He worked his way up through a variety of complex roles within the company, most recently serving as VP/GM of the Pennsylvania business unit, where he developed and executed a strategic growth plan that increased revenues by more than 25%.

Brock is a true leader of people, leading from care and concern and treating employees as members of the family. Through leadership, management, and example, he works to ensure every employee makes it home safe every night. He leverages the talents of senior leaders and maximizes the performance of his teams while influencing employee development and hiring strategies to effectively meet the demands of the business.

Brock received his B.S. in Civil Engineering – Construction from North Carolina State University and his Master of Business Administration from New York University, Stern School of Business. He is a proud board member of the American Red Cross and the Pennsylvania Asphalt Pavement Association. He also serves as a volunteer for several local non-profit organizations. Brock is married to Kirsten, with whom he has a daughter, Kaitlyn, and son, Carson.
