This year, �������� is proud to celebrate 87 years in business and the fourth generation of family leadership, an achievement known to few family businesses.

We are honored to announce that as of January 1, 2026, Ross Myers has expanded his position as Chairman into the new Executive Chairman role where he will further provide strategic guidance for the organization. Aaron Myers has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer where he will continue close partnership with Brock Myers, Chief Operating Officer, Seth Myers, Chief Growth Officer, and the broader leadership team in delivering on our promise to build exceptional projects and products, to build lasting customer relationships, and great careers for our people.  

Ross, Brock, Aaron and Seth recently sat down at the family farm and home to our corporate headquarters, to share reflections on our rich legacy and their vision for the future. The �������� journey has been defined by commitment, resilience, and a passion for innovation.
