New role reflects company’s growth and innovation strategy

��������, a leading heavy civil construction and construction materials company in the Mid-Atlantic, is proud to announce the appointment of Seth Myers as its new Chief Growth Officer.

In this newly created role, Seth will focus on accelerating the company’s strategic growth, expanding market opportunities, and driving innovation across the enterprise. His leadership will be instrumental in positioning �������� for continued success.

Seth brings nearly two decades of experience to the position. Since joining �������� 17 years ago, he has held key leadership roles in Business Development and Marketing, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Marketing. In that capacity, Seth led business development, marketing, and communication functions, including sales pipeline strategy, brand management, internal communications, business intelligence, and strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, real estate planning and innovation including AI implementation.

Prior to joining ��������, Seth worked at Toll Brothers as an Assistant Project Manager. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
